Check of a state replacement of blocks of disk brake mechanisms of forward wheels
REMOVAL
|
1. Release wheel nuts, a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props, remove the corresponding wheel. 2. Turn out the lower directing bolt, lift the case of a support and tie up it in the lifted situation. Remark: Need for a detachment of a flexible brake hose is absent.
|
3. Take blocks from an anchor bracket. |
|
4. If blocks "stuck" and do not give in to extraction, remove an anchor bracket and clamp it in a vice with soft sponges, then blows of a hammer to the drift with a diameter less than 12 mm rested against the shaded block surface sites, release the last from the landing nest in a bracket. |

CHECK
|
|
Blocks should be changed in a set for both brake mechanisms of one axis of the car! |
Measure the residual thickness of a frictional slip (taking into account a metal substrate of a block). Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications, in case of need replace blocks.
|
Replacement is made also in case of oiling of blocks or a vystupaniye of the indicator of wear on an internal block out of limits of a frictional slip (the indicator starts rubbing about a surface of a brake disk, making a characteristic high-frequency sound). |

INSTALLATION
|
|
1. Before installation the surfaces of blocks interfaced to clamps and internal adjusting laying should be greased with Molykote AS880N greasing (No. 26298AC000).
|
Try not to allow hits of greasing on a surface of frictional slips and a working surface of a brake disk! |
|
2. Estimate also a condition and size of a lateral beating of a brake disk (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of forward brake disks). 3. Establish blocks in landing nests of an anchor bracket. Lower a support, - in case of need weaken the gate of pumping of a support for the purpose of simplification of landing of the last. The effort of a tightening of the directing bolt makes 39 Nanometers. 4. Several times squeeze out a pedal of a foot brake, check the level of hydraulic liquid in the GTTs tank (see the Head Routine maintenance). |
