REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Cock the parking brake and prop up wheels antiretractable boots.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.


Models with RKPP

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a steering column (see the Head Podvesk and a steering).
2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from sensors switches of stoplights and coupling (on models with tempostaty).
3. Remove spring clamps and take fingers of fastening of the executive lever to a pusher and an executive rod.
4. Give kontryashchy and adjusting nuts of the drive of the valve of deduction of pressure (PHV) of antiretractable system.
5. Remove a cable a clamp and disconnect a driving cable from the PHV valve, - try not to damage a cover and the core of hummock assembly.

6. Release nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling.

7. Give bolts and nuts of fastening of a basic arm and remove assembly of pedals of a foot brake and coupling.


Models with AT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the lower section of finishing of the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).
2. Take a finger of fastening of a pedal of a foot brake to an executive rod of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier.
3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor switch of stoplights.

4. Give two fixing bolts and four nuts and remove assembly of a pedal of a foot brake.

DISMANTLING

Models with RKPP

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the sensor switch of stoplights (see the Section Removal, check of a state, installation and adjustment of the sensor switch of stoplights).
2. Remove a coupling pedal (see the Head Stsepleniye).

3. Remove a basic arm of the main cylinder of coupling.

4. Take axial plugs with a spring, remove an emphasis.
5. Remove a pedal of a foot brake.


Models with AT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the sensor switch of stoplights (see the Section Removal, check of a state, installation and adjustment of the sensor switch of stoplights).

2. Give a fixing nut, take an axial bolt and release a pedal from a basic arm.

3. Take axial plugs with a spring, remove an emphasis.
4. Remove a pedal of a foot brake.

ASSEMBLY

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Temporarily install the sensor switch of stoplights on a pedal arm.
2. Clean and grease an axial opening of pedals/pedals. Put axial plugs in a pedal/pedal.
3. Level pedals/pedals in a basic arm, establish a returnable spring and, - on the models equipped with the antiretractable device - a spring of decrease in effort of squeezing of a pedal of coupling, then establish a fixing bolt with the remote plug. The effort of a tightening of a nut of an axial bolt makes 30 Nanometers.

4. Regulating landing of the sensor switch of stoplights, expose a pedal in regular situation concerning a flange of a basic arm, then finally tighten nuts of fastening of the sensor switch with the demanded effort.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

 Spring clamps of the fixing are subject to replacement without fail. In case of need replace a clamp of a driving cable of the PHV valve, - do not forget to put on a tip of hummock assembly a protective cover (models with RKPP and the antiretractable device). Having finished installation, make necessary checks and adjustments (see below).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Determine the size of a side play of pedals/pedals when applying lateral effort in 1 kgf (10 N). If the result of measurement exceeds the maximum admissible value (5.0 mm), replace axial plugs.

2. Measure sizes of height of provision of a pedal (L) and free wheeling of a block (And) when squeezing with effort of 1 kgf (10 N). In case of need modify height of provision of a pedal by adjustment of length of an executive rod of the brake amplifier.
