Removal, service and installation of disk brake mechanisms of back wheels
REMOVAL
DISMANTLING

1. Having hooked a screw-driver, remove a ring of fixing of a boot of the piston. |
3. Slowly giving compressed air to the union of connection of a flexible brake hose, push out the piston from the cylinder, - before an end face of the piston establish wooden whetstone about 30 mm thick.

4. Having hooked a screw-driver, take a piston cuff from the support cylinder. |
5. Remove a protective cover and the plug of a lock bolt (finger) from the support case. 6. Remove a protective cover of the directing bolt (finger). 7. Attentively study a condition of the removed components. Check the case of a support and the piston for existence of signs of uneven wear, mechanical damages and traces of development of corrosion. Make sure of lack of signs of aging of material of a boot, cuff and protective covers. Replace defective components within the let-out remnabor. |

ASSEMBLY
INSTALLATION
|
Installation is made upside-down. The order of installation of brake shoes is described in the Section Check of a State and Replacement of Blocks of Disk Brake Mechanisms of Back Wheels. The effort of a tightening of bolts of fastening of an anchor bracket makes 78 Nanometers. Bolts of fastening of the case of a support are tightened with effort of 39 Nanometers, a nipple bolt - with effort of 18 Nanometers.

Copper sealing washers of the nipple socket of a flexible brake hose are subject to replacement without fail! Track that the hose at connection was not overwound! |
