Removal and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Uncover the central console (see the Head Kuzov).
3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the withdrawal sensor / cross overloads.

4. Give fixing nuts and remove the sensor from a basic arm.

5. Give fixing nuts and remove a basic arm of the sensor.

6. Installation is made upside-down, - track that at installation the sensor was developed by marking in the form of an arrow forward on the car.
7. In summary it is necessary to make installation of the central position of the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel and zeroing of the sensor of withdrawal / cross overloads (see the Section Removal, installation and adjustment of the module of management of VDC).

Sensor of cross overloads

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In the presence of near at hand firm reader SSM pass in procedure performance.
2. In the absence of access to SSM park the car on an equal horizontal surface, switch off ignition, connect an electrical wiring to the withdrawal sensor / cross overloads, then again include ignition and measure resistance between No. No. 5 plugs (+) and 6 (-) of the sensor R100 socket. 3. If the result of measurement does not exceed the limit of range 3.5 ± 0.2 B, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise replace the sensor.

4. Incline the sensor at an angle 90 ° to the left and repeat check. If the result of measurement does not exceed the limit of range 1.5 ± 0.2 B, therefore the sensor as it should be, otherwise replace the sensor.

5. Park the car on an equal horizontal surface, switch off ignition and connect SSM to the DLC socket.

7. Select item {Current Data Display & Save} in the menu of the display and consider information on an output signal of the sensor of cross overloads. If the result of measurement does not exceed the limit of range 2.5 ± 0.2 B, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise replace the sensor.
8. Remove the sensor and check sizes of its alarm tension in both inclined provisions. At an exit of results of measurements out of limits of admissible ranges replace the sensor.


The sensor of the taking-away moment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check is made by means of an oscillograph.
2. Connect all electrical wiring and connect an oscillograph to No. No. 4 plugs (+) and 6 (-) of the R 100 socket of the module of management of AT (TCM).
3. Start the engine and read out the indication from the oscillograph screen. Compare a signal form to reference dependence. At a signal amplitude exit out of limits of range 2.1 ÷ 2.9 In replace the sensor, otherwise pass to the following stage of check.
4. Switch off ignition and connect an oscillograph to No. No. 2 plugs (+) and 6 (-) of the R100 socket.
5. Start the engine and read out the indication from the oscillograph screen. Compare a signal form to reference dependence. If amplitude of a signal differs from nominal rate (5 V), replace the sensor.
