Check of a state and replacement of flexible brake hoses
CHECK

Attentively examine all flexible brake hoses on existence of cracks, cuts, swellings and other damages. Check nipple sockets of connection of hoses for existence of signs of development of leaks. Replace defective components. |

REMOVAL
|
|
1. Separate a hose from a hydraulic tube (ok) and, - for forward hoses, - from the nipple socket on a support of the brake mechanism, - the otpuskaniye of nipple nuts of connecting sockets should be made by means of a special cap key with a cutting head.

2. Release a hose from a basic arm and remove it from the car. |

INSTALLATION
|
1. Installation is made upside-down, - track that the hose was not overwound. Track reliability of fixing of a hose in a basic arm. The effort of a tightening of a hollow bolt of the nipple socket of connection of a forward hose to a support of the brake mechanism makes 18 Nanometers, cap nuts of nipple connections of a hose with metal tubes of brake lines are tightened with effort of 15 Nanometers, - the six-sided reciprocal section of the socket should be held from a provorachivaniye the second key. 2.
