REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. For the purpose of ensuring freedom of access remove an air inlet (see the Section Service of Components of an inlet air path of the Head of the Cooling system, heating).


Hydromodulator block

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 The VDC hydromodulator is not subject to dismantling and recovery repair, - do not try to release fixing bolts and nuts! Do not shake assembly of the hydromodulator and overturn it upside down, do not allow hit of dirt in nipple sockets!

1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from assembly of the hydromodulator, - try not to allow hits of moisture on contact plugs.
2. Release a hummock clamp.
3. Disconnect hydraulic lines from the hydromodulator block, - wrap up the ends of the disconnected tubes polyethylene for the purpose of prevention of risk of hit of hydraulic liquid on the painted body surfaces.

4. Release fixing nuts and a bolt and take the hydromodulator assembled with a basic arm from a motive compartment.


Assembly block of the relay

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the assembly block.
2. Release a hummock clamp.
3. Give fixing nuts and remove the assembly block of the relay assembled with a basic arm.

INSTALLATION

Hydromodulator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 Before installation of the new hydromodulator grease bolts of fastening it to a basic arm (after their tightening) with a protective wax Nippeco LT or GB covering.

1. Establish assembly of the hydromodulator on the regular place and tighten fixing nuts with the demanded effort (18 Nanometers).
2. Connect the tire of grounding of the hydromodulator to a car body, - the effort of a tightening of a bolt of fastening of the plug makes 33 Nanometers.
3. Connect hydraulic lines.
4. Fix the hydromodulator electrical wiring socket in the basic arm, - track correctness of combination of the interfaced surfaces.

5. Connect an electrical wiring to the hydromodulator.

6. Establish into place an air inlet (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
8. Pump over brake system (see the Section Pumping of a Hydraulic Path of Brake System).


Assembly block of the relay

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. the effort of a tightening of fixing bolts makes 13 Nanometers. Track correctness of connection of contact sockets and reliability of their fixing in a basic arm.

1. Check correctness of connection and reliability of fixing of contact sockets.
2. Check the valvate relay and the relay of an electric motor for existence of signs of break or short circuit.
