 Some models as an additional komplektaktion mougt to be equipped with a pneumosuspension bracket, edges in the present manual is not considered.

Forward suspension bracket

The forward suspension bracket has an independent design of rack-mount type. The basis of a design of a suspension bracket is made by Mac-Ferson's racks passed through screw springs. The top ends of a rack enter the basic bearings fixed on ledges of mudguards in a motive compartment of the car. The lower ends of racks fasten to rotary fists. Besides racks the forward suspension bracket is formed by pair of cross (managing directors) levers which external ends by means of spherical support are fixed in assemblies of rotary fists, and internal fasten axial bolts to a suspension bracket beam (the forward ends) and axial plugs (the back ends), pribolchenny to the car bottom. Besides, assembly of the stabilizer of cross stability is a part of a forward suspension bracket. The bar of the stabilizer is passed throughout rubber plugs and by means of couple of collars is attracted to a cross beam of a suspension bracket. The external ends of a bar via rubber plugs are attached to the top ends of racks of the stabilizer. The lower ends of racks equipped with rubber-metal plugs are fixed on cross levers. Back suspension bracket

The back suspension bracket has the multilever design differing in high resilience to dynamic changes of sizes of disorder and convergence of wheels under the influence of the vertical, longitudinal and cross loadings arising during the movement of the car. Three cross levers, one longitudinal lever, the shock-absorber with a screw spring and the stabilizer of cross stability are a part of a suspension bracket. The suspension bracket provides the increased reliability of coupling of tires with a paving, guarantees high kinetic characteristics and excellent stability of the course of the vehicle.

Steering drive

All models are equipped with the hydrostrengthened steering transfer of rack type connected to rotary fists by means of two steering drafts. The design of the steering drive is presented on an illustration.

Often in the course of service of components of a suspension bracket and the steering drive it is necessary to face fixture resistant to an otdavaniye. By "Prikipaniye" of elements of fixture it is connected with that they are constantly subject to external influences, are in contact with water, dirt, a soot and the other substances promoting corrosion development. For the purpose of simplification of procedure of an otdavaniye of its such "stuck" fixture it is necessary to impregnate with plentiful amount of the getting oil beforehand. Cleaning of open carving parts of fixture a rigid wire brush also promotes simplification of an otdavaniye of prirzhavevshy nuts. Sometimes, in especially hard cases, for the otpuskaniye which "stuck" bolts/nuts it is possible to use a drift. The drift rests against the region a bolt nut/head vent, then sharp blows with a hammer are struck to its opposite end. Watch that the drift did not break, try not to damage in inexact blows a carving. Quite effective way is also warming up of fixture resistant to an otdavaniye and a torch of the blowtorch or a gas torch surrounding it component surfaces though authors of this manual and do not recommend to resort without extreme need to such technology in view of its potential danger connected with possibility of ignition and risk of receiving burns. Different extenders, collars and pipe nozzles on them are intended for increase in a torque at an otpuskaniye of fixture. However, remember that it is not necessary to use such intensifying adaptations complete with the drive equipped with "graggers" - the risk of failure of the ratchet mechanism is too great. Sometimes the "stuck" fixture starts giving in after previously slightly is tightened clockwise. All fixture, which otpuskaniye demanded application of extraordinary measures at assembly is subject to replacement!

 After an otdavaniye attentively check a condition of fixture and in case of need make its replacement with elements of the same standard size. At assembly tighten elements of fixture of components of a suspension bracket and a steering strictly with the demanded effort.


 Do not make attempts of a rikhtovka of the deformed components of a suspension bracket and a steering at all - replace defective details new!

As procedures of service of components of a suspension bracket are carried out under the car, it is necessary to think of opportunities of lifting the vehicle and its fixing in the lifted situation in advance (prepare a reliable jack and props).

 Do not perform any works under the car, the lifted situation fixed in only by means of a jack at all!
