Forward suspension bracket

Removal, service and installation of cross levers of a forward suspension bracket

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Lift the car and remove forward wheels.

4. Disconnect a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability from the forward lever.

5. Turn out a coupling bolt of fastening of a spherical support of the cross lever in a rotary fist.
6. Give a nut of an axial bolt of fastening of the cross lever to a suspension bracket beam (a bolt do not take yet).

7. Turn out two bolts of a fixing collar of the back axial plug of the cross lever.

8. Release a spherical support from a rotary fist.

9. Take an axial bolt of fastening of the cross lever to a suspension bracket beam.

10. Remove the cross lever.
11. Estimate a condition of rubber-metal plugs, study the back plug on existence of signs of development of leaks. Check the lever for existence of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages. In case of need replace the failed components (see below).

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of ST 927680000 stripper to a vypressuyta the forward axial plug of the cross lever.

2. Mark landing situation on the lever of the back axial plug, release a fixing nut and remove the plug.

 Samokontryashchiyesya nuts at an otpuskaniye is subject to replacement without fail!

ASSEMBLY

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation of the forward axial plug is made as it should be, the return to an order of its removal, - track correctness of landing of the plug in the lever.

1 — to Deploy the plug to the center of a spherical support
2 — the Spherical support

2. When landing the back axial plug track correctness of combination of the landing tags put in the course of dismantle. Having put the plug on the lever, tighten NEW samokontryashchuyusya a nut with the demanded effort (186 Nanometers), - take measures against shift of the plug.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Start the lever on the regular place and temporarily screw two bolts of a collar of fastening of the back axial plug to the car bottom.

 Bolts should be tightened so that there was a possibility of change of their situation in the extended landing openings.

2. Establish an axial bolt of fastening of the lever to a cross beam and temporarily tighten its nut.

 Samokontryashchiyesya nuts at an otpuskaniye is subject to replacement without fail!


3. Fill a spherical support in assembly of a rotary fist and connect a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability to the lever, having temporarily tightened fixture.

 Samokontryashchiyesya nuts at an otpuskaniye is subject to replacement without fail!


4. Lower the car on the earth and tighten lever fasteners with the demanded effort in the following order:

1) A fastening bolt nut to the lever of a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability (30 Nanometers);
2) A nut of an axial bolt of fastening of the forward end of the lever to a cross beam of a suspension bracket (125 Nanometers);
3) Bolts of a collar of fastening of the back axial plug (245 Nanometers).

 Before a tightening of bolts of fastening of the back axial plug adjust a landing gap of the last.
