REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely pump out brake fluid from the GTTs tank.
2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor switch of level of brake fluid. Disconnect from GTTs hydraulic tubes, - at once to a zakuporta the open ends of lines in order to avoid hit in system of dirt.
3. Release nuts of fastening of GTTs and separate the last from assembly of the vacuum amplifier of brakes, - try not to allow hits of brake fluid on the painted body surfaces. Immediately collect traces of the spilled liquid paper towels.

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully wipe GTTs surface.
2. Prepare necessary tools and accurately spread out them on a pure workbench.
3. By means of a drift take a fastening pin on GTTs of the tank of brake fluid.

4. Wring out primary piston in the cylinder and by means of a suitable magnet take the fixing finger.

5. On the models which are not equipped with system of dynamic stabilization (VDC) hook a lock uvula and remove the holder of pistons.

6. On models by means of suitable nippers remove a lock ring from VDC.

7. Be careful, - primary piston can jump out of the cylinder.
8. Take both pistons from the cylinder.

The GTTs piston group needs dismantling only in case of need of replacement of a set of springs.

9. Wash out the removed components and internal walls of the cylinder pure brake fluid or methyl alcohol.

 When using methanol do not immerse in it rubber cups of pistons more than for 30 seconds in order to avoid their swelling!

10. Attentively study a condition of the GTTs components (piston assemblies, an emphasis of the giving valve, laying and so forth). Replace defective units.

 Pistons are replaced in a set (primary with secondary). Pistons are subject to replacement also in case the gap of landing any of them in the cylinder exceeds 0.11 mm. Try not to allow hit in assembly of foreign particles.

ASSEMBLY

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make sure of absoluteness of purity of all components.
2. Grease with pure brake fluid pistons and internal walls of the cylinder and establish into place the GTTs piston group.
3. Wring out primary piston and establish into place the fixing finger.
4. On models without VDC wring out a lock uvula and put into place the holder of pistons. On models with VDC establish a lock ring, having tracked reliability of landing it in a reception flute.

5. Install landing sealing plugs on the tank.

6. Put the tank on assembly of GTTs and record it a pin.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. The effort of a tightening of fixing nuts makes 14 Nanometers. Cap nuts of nipple sockets are tightened with effort of 15 Nanometers.
2. Fill in fresh hydraulic liquid in the tank and pump over brake system (see the Section Pumping of a Hydraulic Path of Brake System).
