Removal, installation and check of serviceability of functioning of the valve limiter of pressure
REMOVAL
1. Cock the parking brake and prop up antiretractable boots of a wheel. 2. Disconnect four brake tubes from the valve limiter.
3. Turn out the fixing screw and remove the valve from a basic arm.
The valve limiter be not subject to dismantling and recovery repair and in case of failure it has to be replaced assembled! |
INSTALLATION
1. Install the valve limiter on a basic arm and tighten a fixing bolt with effort of 15 Nanometers. 2. Correctly connect brake tubes to the valve limiter, - the effort of a tightening of cap nuts of nipple connections makes 18 Nanometers. 3. Pump over brake system (see the Section Pumping of a Hydraulic Path of Brake System), then check nipple connections on the valve limiter for existence of signs of development of leaks. |
CHECK
1. Connect manometers for measurement of hydraulic pressure in forward (GTTs) and back brake contours (the wheel cylinder). 2. Remove air traffic jams from manometers.
3. Squeezing out a pedal of a foot brake, remove dependence of pressure in the back wheel cylinder from pressure in GTTs. Value of a point of division is given in Specifications. |
