1. A design of assembly of the block of cylinders are presented on sopr. illustrations.
Before starting dismantling of the block of cylinders, merge motive oil. |
2. Remove the inlet pipeline (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). 3. Take off a V-shaped belt (see the Head Routine maintenance). 4. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see the Section Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft). 5. Uncover a GRM drive belt (see the Section Removal and installation of forward covers of the GRM drive). 6. Remove assembly of a gas-distributing belt (see the Section Removal and installation of a belt of the GRM drive, check of a condition of components). 7. Remove a camshaft cogwheel (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of cogwheels of camshafts). 8. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see the Section Removal and installation of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft). 9. Remove the generator and the K/V compressor with their arms. 10. Uncover heads of cylinders, camshafts and valvate components (see the Sections Removal, check of a state and installation of elements of the drive of valves, Removal and installation of camshafts and Alternative versions of schemes of recovery repair of the engine). 11. Remove a head of cylinders (see the Section Removal and installation of heads of cylinders). 12. Remove laying of a head of cylinders, - try not to damage the interfaced block surface. 13. On models remove coupling assembly from RKPP (see the Head Stsepleniye). 14. Remove a flywheel / a driving disk (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of a flywheel / a driving disk). 15. Uncover an oil separator. 16. Pick up the perepuskny phone of a water path of a heater. 17. Remove the water pump (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating). 18. Remove the oil pump (see the Section Removal, service and installation of the oil pump). For its separation from the block of cylinders use a screw-driver with a flat sting.
Do not scratch contact surfaces of the oil pump and block of cylinders. |
19. Turn assembly of the block of cylinders the semi-block of the 2nd and 4th cylinders up. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the case pallet. 20. Remove a basic arm of a maslozabornik. 21. Remove a maslozabornik. 22. Remove a deflektorny plate.
23. By means of the special ST 498547000 adaptation remove an oil filter. |
24. Remove a branch pipe of a cooling path. |
25. By means of a six-sided prutkovy key on 14 mm turn out traffic jams and uncover service openings.
26. Having turned a cranked shaft, bring pistons No. No. 1 and 2 into provisions NMT, then through service openings of the 1st and 2nd cylinders take spring lock rings. |
27. By means of the special ST 499097700 adaptation (a stripper of piston fingers) take piston fingers of shatunny assemblies of the 1st and 2nd cylinders.
Attention: At assembly all components have to be established strictly on the former places! |
28. Working in a similar order, take piston fingers of shatunny assemblies of the 3rd and 4th cylinders. 29. From the 2/4th cylinders turn out the coupling bolts connecting semi-blocks. 30. On 2-3 turns release the coupling bolts connecting semi-blocks of cylinders from cylinders No. No. 1 and 3. 31. Turn the block cylinders 1 and 3 up and finally turn out coupling bolts. 3. Separate semi-blocks from each other, - in order to avoid damage of molding try not to allow falling of rods! 33. Remove back a cranked shaft an epiploon. 34. Remove a cranked shaft assembled with rods. 35. The handle of a hammer beat out inserts of radical bearings from beds in semi-blocks, - press inserts from outside, opposite to lock uvulas. Put the removed inserts as their installation on the engine. 36. By means of wooden whetstone or the handle of a hammer take pistons from cylinders of semi-blocks. |
