Removal and installation of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a V-shaped belt (see the Head Routine maintenance).
2. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see the Section Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).
3. Uncover the GRM driving belt (see the Section Removal and installation of forward covers of the GRM drive).
4. Remove assembly of a GRM belt (see the Section Removal and installation of a belt of the GRM drive, check of a condition of components).
5. In case of need remove cogwheels of camshafts (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of cogwheels of camshafts).

6. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a gear surface of a wheel for existence of signs of wear and scratches.
2. Check density of landing of a wheel on a spline.
3. Estimate a condition risks of the sensor on a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, in case of need smooth out the corresponding site of a surface.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that fixing bolts were tightened with the demanded effort.
