To detail of installation of components of assembly of yokes it is shown on an illustration.

Yokes of the drive of inlet and final valves are established on their own axes which in joint assembly with the first are kept by covers of heads of cylinders.

The end of each yoke from the valve is supplied with the adjusting screw and a nut. By means of turn of this screw it is possible to regulate a valvate gap.

Forked yokes of final valves operate at the same time two final valves.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off a V-shaped belt (see the Head Routine maintenance).
2. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see the Section Removal and installation of a pulley of a cranked shaft).
3. Uncover the GRM driving belt (see the Section Removal and installation of forward covers of the GRM drive).
4. Remove assembly of a GRM belt (see the Section Removal and installation of a belt of the GRM drive, check of a condition of components).
5. Remove a camshaft cogwheel (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of cogwheels of camshafts).
6. Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case (PCV) and uncover heads of cylinders (see the Section Removal and installation of heads of cylinders).

7. Working as it should be, the return shown on an illustration, release and turn out bolts of fastening of assembly of yokes.


 For deduction of assembly at the last stage leave couple of average bolts screwed on couple of rounds of a carving.


8. Accurately take assembly of yokes.

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out bolts of fastening of an axis of yokes.
2. Take an axis of yokes. Remove from an axis of a yoke, a spring, a plate and basic plugs, - put the removed components as their installation.
3. Release nuts and turn out adjusting screws from yokes.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure internal diameters of yokes and external diameter of an axis of yokes in the corresponding points. Determine by way of subtraction of results of the second measurements from the corresponding results of the first sizes of oil gaps. Compare results of measurement to requirements of Specifications, replace worn-out components.

2. Measure internal diameters of basic plugs (holders) of an axis of yokes and external diameter of an axis of yokes in the corresponding points and determine sizes of oil gaps. Compare results of measurement to requirements of Specifications, replace worn-out components.
3. Attentively examine workers (contacting to cams of a camshaft and cores of valves) the surfaces of yokes. In case of identification of jags, zadir and signs of excessive wear replace defective components.
4. Check smoothness of rotation of rollers of yokes. Replace defective components.
5. Visually study a condition of components of the reducing valve in face part of an axis of yokes. In case of identification of cracks on a control ball, alien particles on rounds of a spring or signs of development of leaks, replace the failed components, or an axis of yokes assembled.

ASSEMBLY

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assembly is made as it should be, the return to a dismantling order. Track that bolts of fastening of basic plugs of an axis of yokes were tightened with the demanded effort (5 Nanometers).

 Yokes, their axes and a support of axes are marked with identification tags, - track correctness of installation of components!

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish assembly on the place and temporarily tighten bolts with 1 on 4 in the order specified illustrations with uniform effort.

2. Tighten with the demanded effort (25 Nanometers) bolts with (5) on (8).
3. Tighten with the demanded effort (25 Nanometers) bolts with (1) on (4).

4. Make adjustment of valvate gaps (see the Section Check and adjustment of valvate gaps).
5. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components
