Removal, check of a state and installation of a flywheel / driving disk
REMOVAL

The design and the principle of functioning of a flywheel are in detail stated in the Head Stsepleniye. |
1. Remove transmission assembly.
2. On models remove coupling assembly from RKPP (see the Head Stsepleniye).
|
|
3. By means of the ST 498497100 adaptation block a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye and, having used a head like TORX PLUS (ST 499057000), turn out bolts of fastening of a flywheel / a driving disk. |
|
|
CHECK
|
|
|
|
1. Visually estimate a condition of a working surface of a flywheel and its gear wreath. In case of detection of defects replace assembly. |
2. Check smoothness of rotation of the ball bearing, rotating it in the persistent direction.
3. At identification of noise or an excessive side play replace a flywheel. |

INSTALLATION
|
|
1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
|
|
2. A tightening of bolts of fastening of a flywheel with the demanded effort (72 Nanometers) it is necessary to make in a diagonal order. |
