Removal and installation of the pallet of a case and maslozabornik
REMOVAL
|
|
1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove forward wheels.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Disconnect a sleeve of an air inlet and remove the air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
|
|
4. Remove the limiter of rocking of the engine. |
|
|
5. Remove arms of the top support of fastening of a radiator. |
|
|
6. Hang out the engine on the winch. |
7. Raise the car, at the same time choosing as the winch slings on which the engine is hung out.
8. Remove protection of a case.
|
|
9. Get suitable capacity under the car and merge motive oil, having turned out a drain stopper from the case pallet. |
|
|
10. Disconnect reception pipes of system of production of the fulfilled gases and remove them assembled with the central section. |
|
|
11. Give nuts of fastening of rubber pillows of support of a suspension bracket of the power unit to a forward cross-piece to a beam. |
12. On the lifted engine turn out bolts of fastening of the pallet of a case to the block of cylinders.
|
|
13. By means of the special adaptation separate the case pallet from the block of cylinders.
|
|
Do not try to hook the pallet a screw-driver or mount at all, - use only the special adaptation with the cutting edge! |
|
|
|
14. Remove the mesh filter of a maslozabornik. |
15. Remove a deflektorny plate. |
|
INSTALLATION
|
|
1. Check a condition of the pallet and mesh filter of an oil receiver. Replace defective components.
2. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of the pallet of a case and the block of the engine, having completely removed from them traces of old sealant.
3. Establish a deflektorny plate and tighten bolts of its fastening with the demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).
4. Connect to a deflektorny plate a maslozabornik and tighten fixing bolts with the demanded effort (10 Nanometers), - do not forget to replace a sealing ring.

5. Apply on the interfaced case pallet surface sealant like Three Bond 1215.
|
|
The pillow of sealant should be imposed from the inside of bolted openings. Press the pallet to the block, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the demanded effort (5 Nanometers). |
|
6. Lower the engine on a cross beam and tighten nuts of pillows of support with the demanded effort (85 Nanometers).
7. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
8. In summary connect a negative wire to the battery and fill in motive oil (see the Head Routine maintenance). |
