1. Take off a V-shaped driving belt (see the Head Routine maintenance).
2. Turn out a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft, - blocking of a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye is made by means of the special tool (ST 499977300 - model of 2.0 l or ST 499977100 - model of 2.5 l).

3. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft.

1. Establish a pulley of a cranked shaft on the regular place.
2. Blow air a carving opening under a pulley bolt.
3. Grease carving part and a persistent surface of a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft with motive oil.
4. Temporarily tighten bolts with effort of 44 Nanometers
5. On models of 2.0 l block a shaft from a provorachivaniye special the ST 499977300 tool and wrap a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft with the demanded effort (127 Nanometers: models of 2.0 l / 177 Nanometer: models of 2.5 l). For keeping of a cranked shaft use the special tool.
6. Make sure that the corner of an inhaling of a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft makes not less than 45 ° (models of 2.0 l)/65 ° (models of 2.5 l).

If the corner of an inhaling of a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft makes less stipulated value, the bolt can be damaged! In case of need make replacement of a bolt, - as replaceable it is necessary to use a bolt No. 12369AA011.

7. The order of a tightening of a replaceable bolt is made in the manner similar described above for the bolt which was in the use (the corner of a tightening has to lie in the range of 40 ÷ 60 °/65 ÷ 75 ° respectively – the goniometric scale is applied on a belt cover).

8. Establish a natyazhitel of a belt of the drive of the К/В compressor.

9. Establish a driving belt and make adjustment of its tension (see the Head Routine maintenance).
