Forward wheel bearing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 First of all it is necessary to check a condition of greasing of the wheel bearing.

1. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
2. For an assessment of size of a side play of the wheel bearing undertake a hand a forward wheel and shake it outside and inside.
3. Give wheel nuts and remove a forward wheel.
4. At identification of a side play, fix the dial measuring instrument of plunger type on stupichny assembly and make measurement of size of axial shift. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications.
5. Give samokontryashchiyesya nuts, remove bolts and disconnect the cross lever of a suspension bracket from a cross beam.
6. Lungs percussion take a spring pin of fastening on a spindle of transmission of the vibropogoloshchayushchy tripodny hinge of free rotation (SFJ). Remove the hinge from a spindle.
7. One hand holding a power shaft in horizontal situation, and rotating another a wheel nave, check assembly for existence of extraneous noises, breakthroughs and other signs of violation of smoothness of the course. In case of need remove a power shaft and check a condition of components of stupichny assembly (the bearing, epiploons and so forth).


Back wheel bearing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A car back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
2. For an assessment of size of a side play of the wheel bearing undertake a hand a back wheel and shake it outside and inside.
3. Give wheel nuts and remove a back wheel.
4. At identification of a side play, fix the dial measuring instrument of plunger type on stupichny assembly and make measurement of size of axial shift. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications.
5. Disconnect the hinge of double compensation (DOJ) of a back power shaft from back differential.

6. One hand holding a power shaft in horizontal situation, and rotating another a wheel nave, check assembly for existence of extraneous noises, breakthroughs and other signs of violation of smoothness of the course. In case of need remove a power shaft and check a condition of components of stupichny assembly (the bearing, epiploons and so forth).

7. Holding one hand a forward leading shaft in horizontal situation, other hand rotate assembly of a nave to establish existence or lack of noise or friction. If assembly of a nave of a back wheel rotates with noise or friction, sort a back axis and check a condition of epiploons, bearings, etc.
