1. Remove a transmission from the car (see the Section Removal and installation of transmission assembly).
2. Remove traces of oil, greasing and dirt from an external surface of a case of RKPP.

3. Place transmission on the assembly ST 499937100 stand. |
4. Within preparation to assembly pay attention to the next moments:
a) The rotating parts before assembly should be oiled;
b) All components need to be established strictly on the former places and in original provisions;
c) Laying, lock washers and lock-nuts is subject to replacement without fail. For the purpose of prevention of development of leaks through the interfaced surfaces it is necessary to use sealant. |
