1. Remove assembly of RKPP (see the Section Removal and installation of transmission assembly).
2. Remove a transfer case with the lengthening case (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a transfer case and lengthening of transmission).
3. Remove a transmission case (see the Section Removal, installation and check of a condition of a case of transmission assembly).
4. Remove assembly of a shaft of the leading gear wheel (see the Section Removal, service and installation of assembly of a shaft of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer of the drive of forward wheels).
5. Take an entrance shaft assembled with the primary.

2. For the purpose of prevention of damage of an epiploon wind vents of primary shaft with an insulating tape.

3. By means of nippers take an internal spring lock ring.

4. Easy percussions of a hammer with soft brisk by face part of an entrance shaft, vystuchit the last from the holder.

5. Remove an external spring lock ring. Then remove a maslootzhimny plate and a pin. A — the Lock ring B — Maslootzhimnaya a plate

6. Remove the lock ring established under a maslootzhimny plate.

7. By means of a press and the holder of ST 498077000 remove the ball bearing, - previously take an internal lock ring.

8. Take an epiploon from the holder of an entrance shaft.

1. Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - landing of a shaft in the holder is made manually. Do not forget to replace a sealing ring of the holder.

2. For installation of the ball bearing use special ST1 899580100 and ST2 399513600 adaptations, - previously establish a spring lock ring between a gear wheel of an entrance shaft and the bearing.

3. Installation of an epiploon is made by means of ST 398507703 mandrel, - previously grease working edges of an epiploon.
4. Before installation spring lock rings on the holder of an entrance shaft make selection of a ring for the table given below so that the gap between it and the ball bearing did not exceed the limit of the range of 0 ÷ 0.12 mm.

The list of the let-out lock rings

1. Put the needle bearing and an epiploon on a forward pin of primary shaft.
2. Connect an entrance shaft to the primary.
3. Put an external holder of the needle bearing a reception opening on a transmission case pin.
4. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
