Removal, installation and adjustment of an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear
REMOVAL
|
|
|
1. Remove assembly of RKPP (see the Section Removal and installation of transmission assembly).
2. Remove sensors switches of fires of a backing and neutral situation RKPP (see the Section Removal, installation and check of a condition of sensors switches).
3. Remove a transfer case with the lengthening case (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a transfer case and lengthening of transmission).
4. Remove a transmission case (see the Section Removal, installation and check of a condition of a case of transmission assembly).
5. Remove assembly of a shaft of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer (see the Section Removal, service and installation of assembly of a shaft of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer of the drive of forward wheels).
6. Remove assembly of primary shaft (see the Section Removal, service, installation and adjustment of primary shaft of RKPP).
7. Remove assembly of forward differential (see the Section Removal, service, installation and adjustment of forward differential).
8. Remove forks and rods of gear shifting (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of forks and rods of gear shifting).

9. Take a pin and remove a shaft, an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear and a washer.

10. Remove the lever of a choice of a reverse gear.
11. Estimate a condition of an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear and its shaft. Replace defective components. |

INSTALLATION
|
|
|
Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
|
|
The shaft of an intermediate gear wheel is established from the back party. In summary adjust a gap between an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear and a wall of the case of transmission (see below). |

ADJUSTMENT
|
|
|
|
1. Shift the lever of a choice of a reverse gear on the back party. Measure a gap of "A" between an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear and a wall of a case of transmission. If the result of measurement exceeds the limit of the admissible range (6.0 ÷ 7.5 mm), address to the table given below and make a selection of the new lever and execute its adjustment. |

2. Having picked up the lever, transfer it to neutral situation and by adjustment of a washer achieve reduction of a gap to 0 ÷ 0.5 mm. |
