REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
2. Remove the handle from the gear shifting lever.
3. Remove the central console (see the Head Kuzov).

6. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a plate of the basis of lever assembly from the floor panel.

7. Remove back section of system of production of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
8. Uncover the thermofilter.
9. Disconnect a rack from a transmission arm.
10. Release from the hinge and remove a rod.

11. Remove a rubber pillow from the floor panel.

12. Remove the hinge, then take the sprung pin.

13. Lower the car on the earth.
14. Having pulled up, remove the gear shifting lever.

DISMANTLING

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a wire clamp.

2. Release a rod from the lever.

3. Remove a spring lock ring from the plug B, then disconnect a rack.

4. Remove the plug and a rubber pillow from a rack.

5. Remove sealing rings, and then disconnect the plug B.
6. Take the sprung pin and remove the plug A from the gear shifting lever.
7. Carefully wipe all removed components and estimate degree of their wear, make sure of lack of signs of aging of material of rubber elements. Make necessary recovery repair, replace the failed components.

ASSEMBLY

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to replace sealing rings, at installation of a pro-rate of the lower support of the lever of switching grease internal and lateral surfaces of the plug with greasing like No. 2 NIGTIGHT LYW. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and accompanying illustrations to the Section "Dismantling").

2. In summary measure a turning point of a rod concerning an axis of the lower support of the lever. If the result of measurement exceeds limit admissible value (0.7 Nanometers), perezatyanit or replace nuts.

3. Make sure of smoothness of the course and lack of an excessive side play of components of the mechanism of gear shifting.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and accompanying illustrations to the subsection "Removal").
