REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assembly of RKPP (see the Section Removal and installation of transmission assembly).
2. Remove a transfer case with the lengthening case (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a transfer case and lengthening of transmission).
3. Remove a transmission case (see the Section Removal, installation and check of a condition of a case of transmission assembly).

4. Wring out a shaft of gear wheels of a reducer against the stop in a transmission case, then remove a spring lock ring.

5. Having shifted a washer, take a pin from back part of assembly of gear wheels of a reducer.

6. Take a shaft of gear wheels of a reducer from a transmission case, - try not to damage a sealing ring and not to drop two washers, a pin and pair of needle bearings.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

Track that the face surface of a shaft of gear wheels of reduktorny assembly equipped with selection did not act over a case surface.

Check and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Having established a spring lock ring, measure size a gap between it and a washer of gear wheels of reduktorny assembly of transfer. If the result of measurements exceeds the limit of the admissible range (0.05 ÷ 0.35 mm), address to the table given below and make selection of a suitable spring lock ring.
