Removal, installation and check of a condition of sensors switches

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove the air cleaner with an air inlet sleeve (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

Sensors switches of fires of a backing and neutral situation RKPP

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from sensors switches of fires of a backing and neutral situation RKPP.
2. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.

3. Remove sensors switches of fires of a backing and neutral situation RKPP together with an electrical wiring.


The sensor switch of the modes of a 2-staged reducer of "Hi/Lo" (model with an additional reducer)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the Hi/Lo sensor switch.

2. Release an electrical wiring plait from a clamp and remove the sensor switch.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Make a tightening of sensors with the demanded effort (see Specifications and accompanying illustrations to the subsection "Removal").

CHECK

Sensor switch of fires of a backing of a backing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Measure resistance between plugs No. No. 1 and 2 of the contact socket of the sensor switch. At the lever of switching of RKPP transferred to the provision of a reverse gear the result of measurement has to make less than 1 Ohm, in all other provisions of the lever - more than 1 megohm. The faulty sensor switch is subject to replacement.


Sensor switch of neutral situation RKPP

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition.
2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor switch of neutral situation RKPP.
3. Measure resistance between plugs of the 2-contact socket of the sensor switch. At the lever of switching of RKPP transferred to neutral situation the result of measurement has to make less than 1 Ohm, in all other provisions of the lever - more than 1 megohm. The faulty sensor switch is subject to replacement.


Sensor switch of the modes of a two-level reducer of "Hi/Lo"

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition.
2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor switch of switching of the Hi/Lo modes.
3. Measure resistance between plugs of the 2-contact socket of the sensor switch. In the Lo mode of an additional reducer the result of measurement has to make less than 1 Ohm, in the Hi mode - more than 1 megohm. The faulty sensor switch is subject to replacement.
