1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove protection of a case, Turn out a drain stopper and merge transmission oil, then wrap a stopper with the demanded effort, - do not forget to establish a sealing washer.
2. Completely open a cowl and prop up it a rack.
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
4. Install the gear shifting lever in the situation "N" and release the parking brake.
5. Disconnect a sleeve of an air inlet and remove the air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
6. Remove a basic arm of the air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

7. Disconnect the grounding tire from a transmission case, also disconnect an electrical wiring from sensors switches of neutral provision of transmission, fires of a backing and the Hi/Lo modes (model with an additional 2-staged reducer), disunite the contact socket of the sensor of speed of the movement of the car (VSS).

8. On models with a 2-staged reducer to a rasshplintuyta also take a pin of fastening of a driving cable of a choice of the modes, remove a cable. A — the Forelock B — the Pin With — the Driving cable of a choice of transfer

9. Remove a starter (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine).

10. Remove the executive cylinder of coupling from transmission. A — the Hose of a path of a hydraulic actuator of coupling B — the Executive cylinder

11. Remove the limiter of rocking of the power unit. Efforts of a tightening of threaded connections, Nanometer T1: 50 T2: 58

12. By means of the special ST 41099AA010/41099AA020 adaptation fix the engine.

13. Turn out the top bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine.

14. Remove protection of a case.
15. Remove reception and central sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
16. Remove back section of system of production of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

17. Uncover the thermofilter.

18. Remove a basic arm of subweight on the right side of a transmission case.

19. Remove the driveshaft (see the Head Stsepleniye).
20. Remove a rack and a rod of gear shifting from transmission.

21. Disconnect a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability from the cross lever.

22. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a spherical support of the cross lever to stupichny assembly.

23. Remove the sprung pins and release forward power shafts from transmission.  Pins is subject to replacement without fail.

24. Give the lower nuts of fastening of transmission to the engine.

25. Prop up a transmission a special transmission jack.

26. Remove a back cross beam of transmission. Efforts of a tightening of threaded connections, Nanometer T1: 70 T2: 140

27. Moving a jack back, accurately release a primary/entrance shaft of RKPP from a coupling basket.
28. Finally separate a transmission from the engine and remove a rubber pillow of a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
29. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and accompanying illustrations to the present Section).
