Problem diagnostics of components of a combination of devices

Check of contours of giving of food and grounding

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a combination of devices (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components), disconnect from it an electrical wiring, include ignition and measure tension between the plug No. 3 (+) of the i12 socket and the mass of the chassis (a combination of usual type), or between No. No. 8 plugs (+) and 5 (+) of i10 and i11 sockets (respectively) and the mass of the chassis (a combination of luminescent type). If the result of measurement makes more than 10 V, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise check for existence of signs of break and short circuit an electrical wiring on a chain site between the relay of ignition and a combination of devices.
2. Measure tension between the plug No. 7 (+) of the i12 socket and the mass of the chassis (a combination of usual type), or between No. No. 9 plugs (+) and 1 (+) of i10 and i12 sockets (respectively) and the mass of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 V, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise check for existence of signs of break and short circuit an electrical wiring on a chain site between a combination of devices and a protective safety lock.
3. Switch off ignition and measure resistance between the plug No. 20 (+) (a combination of usual type)/№ 18 (+) (a combination of luminescent type) the i10 socket. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, pass to the final stage of check, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.
4. Measure resistance between the plug No. 16 (+) (a combination of usual type)/№ 7 (+) (a combination of luminescent type) the i11 socket. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, replace a combination of devices, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.


Check of serviceability of functioning of VSS (model with RKPP)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
2. Remove a combination of devices in a set with an electrical wiring plait (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components). Start the engine and untwist wheels to the frequency of rotation, equivalent speed of the movement of 20 km/h (12 miles/h). Measure tension between the plug No. 13 (+) of the i10 socket of a combination of devices and the mass of the chassis. If the result of measurement does not go beyond repartitions of range of 1 ÷ 4 V, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise check a condition of a speedometer (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components).
3. Switch off ignition, disconnect an electrical wiring from VSS, then include ignition and measure tension between the plug No. 3 (+) of the B17 socket of the sensor and the mass of the power unit. If the result of measurement makes more than 10 V, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise check for existence of signs of break or short circuit an electrical wiring on a chain site between the relay of ignition and VSS.
4. Switch off ignition and measure resistance between the plug No. 2 (+) of the B17 socket and the mass of the power unit. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, pass to the final stage of check, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.
5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a combination of devices and measure resistance between the plug No. 1 of the B17 socket and the plug No. 13 of the i10 socket. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, replace VSS, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.


Check of serviceability of functioning of TCM (model with AT)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
2. Start the engine and untwist wheels to the frequency of rotation, equivalent speed of the movement of 10 km/h (6 miles/h). Measure tension between the plug No. 17 (+) of the B56 TCM socket and the mass of the chassis. If the result of measurement goes beyond repartitions of range of 1 ÷ 4 V, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise check a condition of TCM (see the Head Automatic transmission).
3. Switch off ignition, disconnect an electrical wiring from TCM and measure resistance between the plug No. 17 (+) of the B56 socket and the plug No. 13 (a combination of usual type)/№ 11 (a combination of luminescent type) the i10 socket. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, check a condition of a speedometer (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components), otherwise repair an electrical wiring.


Check of serviceability of functioning of ECM

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Start the engine and measure tension between the plug No. 30 (+) of the B134 socket (a combination of usual type) / the plug No. 9 (+) of the B136 socket (a combination of luminescent type) and the mass of the power unit. If the result of measurement makes more than 13 V, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise check a condition of ECM.
2. Switch off ignition, disconnect an electrical wiring from ECM and a combination of devices and measure resistance by the plug No. 30 (+) of the B134 socket (a combination of usual type) / the plug No. 9 (+) of the B136 socket (a combination of luminescent type) ECM and the plug No. 7 (a combination of usual type)/№ 6 (a combination of luminescent type) the combination i11 socket. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, check a condition of a tachometer (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components), otherwise repair an electrical wiring.


Check of serviceability of functioning of sensors of a reserve of fuel

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the main sensor of a reserve of fuel and measure resistance between plugs No. 3 and No. 6 of its contact socket in extreme provisions of a float. In the top provision of a float (a full tank) the result of measurement has to make 0.5 ÷ 2.5 Ohm, in lower (an empty tank), - 52.5 ÷ 54.5 Ohm. When performing of the stipulated conditions pass to the following stage of check, otherwise replace the sensor.
2. Remove the auxiliary sensor of a reserve of fuel and measure resistance between plugs No. 1 and No. 2 of its contact socket in extreme provisions of a float. In the top provision of a float (a full tank) the result of measurement has to make 0.5 ÷ 2.5 Ohm, in lower (an empty tank), - 39.5 ÷ 41.5 Ohm. When performing of the stipulated conditions pass to the following stage of check, otherwise replace the sensor.
4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a combination of devices and measure resistance between the plug No. 1 of the R59 socket of the auxiliary sensor and the plug No. 3 of the i10 socket (a combination of usual type)/№ 15 sockets of i11 (a combination of luminescent type). If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.
5. Measure resistance between the plug No. 6 of the R58 socket of the main sensor and the plug No. 2 of the R59 socket of the auxiliary sensor. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.
6. Measure resistance between the plug No. 3 of the R58 socket of the main sensor and mass of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, check a condition of the main sensor, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.


Check of serviceability of functioning of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of the engine (ECT)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a condition of the sensor. If the sensor as it should be, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise make replacement.
2. Switch off ignition, disconnect an electrical wiring from the ECT sensor and a combination of devices. Measure resistance between the plug No. 3 of the E8 socket and the plug 8 (a combination of usual type)/№ 5 (a combination of luminescent type) the combination i12 socket. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, check a condition of the sensor of temperature, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.


Check of serviceability of functioning of the display of a conclusion of indications of the sensor of temperature of external air

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition, disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of temperature of external air, then again include ignition and measure tension between the plug No. 2 (+) of the F78 socket of the sensor and the mass of the chassis. If the result of measurement makes more than 4 V, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise check for existence of signs of break and short circuit an electrical wiring on a chain site between the sensor and a combination of devices.
2. Switch off ignition, remove the sensor and check its state (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components). If the sensor as it should be, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise make replacement.
3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a combination of devices and measure resistance between the plug No. 1 of the F78 socket of the sensor and the plug No. 22 of the i10 socket of a combination. If the result of measurement makes less than 10 Ohms, pass to the final stage of check, otherwise repair an electrical wiring.
4. Connect an electrical wiring to a combination of devices. Install the resistor of 1.7 Ohms between plugs of the contact socket of the sensor, include ignition and consider indications of ZhK of the display of a conclusion of indications. If display value of 25 °C, therefore the display as it should be is displayed, otherwise replace the printed-circuit board of a combination of devices (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch off ignition and remove a combination of devices (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components). Disconnect an electrical wiring from a combination of devices. Disunite the 5-contact socket of an electrical wiring of an inverter of a cathodic fluorescent lamp of illumination of a combination of devices from the back party of assembly of the last. Remove an inverter (see the Section Removal, service and installation of a combination of devices, check of a condition of components) and measure resistance between plugs No. No. 1 and 2 of the socket (In) a combination and the plug No. 7 of the socket (And). If the result of measurement makes less than 1 Ohm, pass to the following stage of check, otherwise replace the printed-circuit board of a combination of devices.
2. Without establishing an inverter, connect an electrical wiring to a combination of devices, then include ignition and measure tension between plugs No. 1 and No. 5 of the socket (In). If the result of measurement makes more than 10 V, replace a cathodic lamp assembled with an electrical wiring and an inverter, otherwise replace the printed-circuit board of a combination of devices.
