Removal, service and installation of the oil pump

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
3. Remove protection of a case.
4. Empty the cooling system.
5. Lower the car on the earth.
6. Remove a radiator (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating).
7. Take off a V-shaped belt (see the Head Routine maintenance).
8. Remove a forward cover of the GRM drive (see the Section Removal and installation of covers of the GRM drive).
9. Remove a gas-distributing chain (see the Section Removal and installation of gas-distributing chains).

10. Remove an asterisk of a cranked shaft and a cover of the oil pump (see the Section Removal and installation of an asterisk of a cranked shaft).

11. Take external and internal rotors of pump assembly.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dip both rotors into a bathtub with motive oil.
2. Put an internal rotor on a pin of a cranked shaft, and then establish an external rotor.

3. Establish a cover of the oil pump and, working strictly in a certain order, tighten bolts of its fastening with the demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers), - track that all bolts were established on the regular places.

4. Establish an asterisk of a cranked shaft.
5. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
