Removal and installation of the lower section of the pallet of a case and maslozabornik

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The top pallet of a case cannot be removed at normal position of the car - the engine has to be separated from the case.

1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
2. Remove protection of a case.

3. Get suitable capacity under the car and merge motive oil, having turned out a drain stopper from the case pallet.

4. Turn out fixing bolts, then by means of the special adaptation separate the lower section of the pallet from the top.

Do not try to hook the pallet a screw-driver or mount at all, - use only the special adaptation with the cutting edge!

5. Remove the oil receiver equipped with the mesh filter.

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation make sure of absence of damage of the pallet of a case, the mesh filter, a basic arm of a maslozabornik and deflektorny plate.

Before installation of the pallet carefully smooth out the corresponding interfaced surfaces, having completely removed from them traces of material of old sealant.
2. Fix a maslozabornik on a deflektorny plate. Tighten fixing bolts with the demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).

Replace a sealing ring with the new.

3. Apply on the interfaced case pallet surface sealant like Three Bond 1280B with a diameter of 5.0 ± 1.0 mm in section.

The pillow of sealant should be imposed from the inside of bolted openings. Press the lower section of the pallet to top, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).

4. Establish protection of a case, lower the car on the earth and fill in motive oil.
