Service of the reducing valve of the oil pump

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
3. Remove protection of a case.
4. Empty the cooling system.
5. Lower the car on the earth.
6. Remove a radiator (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating).
7. Take off a V-shaped belt (see the Head Routine maintenance).
8. Remove a forward cover of the GRM drive (see the Section Removal and installation of covers of the GRM drive).
9. Remove gas-distributing chains (see the Section Removal and installation of gas-distributing chains).

10. Turn out fixing bolts, uncover and take components of the reducing valve.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the case of the reducing valve for existence of signs of violation of passability of maslotok, cracks, cavities and other damages.
2. Make sure of lack of foreign particles on the pro-masonry filter.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the reducing valve with laying and, working strictly in a certain order, tighten bolts of its fastening with the demanded effort (6.4 Nanometers).

(1) and (5): 6 x 26
(2), (3),
(4) and (9): 6 x 35
(6), (7),
(8) and (10): 6 x 16

2. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
