1. After hit of the car in accident attentively examine panels of finishing of salon around installation of returnable devices of seat belts, - in case of identification of cracks, and also at decolouration of plastic replace assembly of a seat belt with the worked natyazhitel.
2. Estimate a condition of an electrical wiring and contact sockets of emergency natyazhitel, in case of detection of defects replace the damaged components.

1. Put a back of a forward seat forward against the stop.
2. Shift assembly of a seat forward against the stop.
3. Switch off ignition, disconnect a negative wire from the battery and wait not less than 20 seconds before starting removal of a seat belt.
4. Remove the lower panel of finishing of the central rack (see the Section Removal and installation of elements of internal finishing).

5. Remove an arm.

6. Having wrung out a clamp uvula, also separate the directing seat belt tape bracket from a rack.

7. Remove a decorative cover, turn out a fixing bolt and remove the top anchor knot of humeral section of a seat belt from the central rack.

8. Unbend the carpet panel of a covering of a floor, disunite the yellow contact socket of an electrical wiring of an emergency natyazhitel, then turn out anchor bolts of fastening of assembly of the returnable device and remove assembly of a seat belt.

9. Disunite the contact socket of the sensor switch of a control lamp "Fasten belts", turn out a fixing bolt and remove the anchor collar equipped with a buckle from the inside of a seat frame.

1. Attentively study a condition of assembly of a natyazhitel, - in case of identification of signs of mechanical damages make replacement.
2. Check a belt tape for existence of signs of a wipe, loosening of a fabric basis and other defects, in case of need replace a belt.
3. Estimate a condition of an anchor collar, check serviceability of functioning of a buckle and reliability of fixing in it a castle bracket of a belt, in case of need replace a collar assembled.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and accompanying illustrations to the subsection "Design").

1. Remove the panel of finishing of the back shelf.
2. Remove the top cover of an overlay of a threshold of a back door (see the Section Removal and installation of elements of internal finishing).

3. Turn out fixing bolts and take off a belt.

1. Remove a pillow of a back seat (see the Section Removal, service and installation of seats).

2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove anchor sections of seat belts.

1. Remove the main and top sections of the back lateral panel of finishing of salon (see the Section Removal and installation of elements of internal finishing).

2. Give fixing bolts / nuts and take off a belt.

1. Remove a lamp of illumination of a luggage compartment (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
2. Execute procedures of paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Section Removal and installation of elements of internal finishing, then release fixing clamps and unbend back edge of a ceiling upholstery.

3. Disconnect an electrical wiring, turn out fixing bolts and remove a seat belt.

1. Lift a pillow of a back seat (see the Section Removal, service and installation of seats).

2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove anchor sections of seat belts.

1. Check tapes of belts for existence of signs of a wipe, loosening of a fabric basis and other defects, in case of need make replacement.
2. Estimate a condition of anchor sections, check serviceability of functioning of a buckle and reliability of fixing in it a castle bracket of a belt, in case of need replace a collar assembled.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and accompanying illustrations to the subsection "Design").

1. The discharge of an emergency natyazhitel has to be made on a flat equal surface, free from foreign subjects.
2. As at a discharge of a natyazhitel occurs vzryvoobrazno and is followed by very loud cotton, track that nobody was in radius of 5 meters from a natyazhitel.
3. Operation of a natyazhitel is followed by smoking in view of what the discharge has to be made in well ventilated room.
4. Before starting performance of procedure put on goggles and gloves, having finished, do not forget to wash up a hand carefully.
5. After operation the natyazhitel remains hot during even rather long time, - do not touch assembly of at least 40 minutes.
6. Do not allow hit on the worked natyazhitel of moisture, - before utilization wrap assembly in a plastic bag.
Discharge

2. Put a back of a forward seat and shift assembly of a seat against the stop forward.
3. Switch off ignition, disconnect a negative wire from the battery and wait not less than 20 seconds.

4. Remove the lower panel of finishing of the central rack (see the Section Removal and installation of elements of internal finishing) and disunite the yellow socket of an electrical wiring of an emergency natyazhitel of a seat belt.

5. By means of the clip which is included in the package like "crocodile" close the plug of the plug socket of a connecting cable from a set for a discharge of a natyazhitel, - contact has to remain closed until actually beginning of a discharge of a natyazhitel!
6. Connect the 2D socket of the adapter set which is included in the package to the yellow socket of an electrical wiring of a natyazhitel, connect the second end of a nozzle to the reciprocal socket of a connecting cable.
7. Completely unwind a connecting cable, make sure that nobody is in the car, then densely close all doors (including a door a back/cover of a luggage compartment), windows and hatches.

8. Install the battery at distance not less than 5 m from the car, make sure that nobody is to a 5-meter dangerous zone, disconnect a clip like "crocodile" from the plug of the plug socket and connect it to a negative pole of the battery, connect the second a connecting cable connect to a positive pole of the battery, - prepare for sound blow.  Do not touch to worked a natyazhitel within at least 40 minutes!

9. Remove a seat belt and turn the worked natyazhitel in a plastic bag.

2. Prepare a special set and connect a connecting cable to a natyazhitel.

3. By means of a three-vein plait with the section of each vein not less than 1.25 mm2 strongly to a primotayta a natyazhitel to a disk of wheel assembly.

4. Lay from above on a wheel with the natyazhitel attached to it four automobile tires (the natyazhitel has to appear in the formed chamber), from above put one more wheel assembly (a disk with the put-on tire) and strongly wind the turned-out design with a strong cord.

5. Further act also, as well as at a discharge of the natyazhitel who is not removed from the car (see above).
