Removal and installation of transmission assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Open and prop up a cowl.
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
4. Remove an air inlet sleeve (see the Section Service of Components of an inlet air path of the Head of the Power supply system and release).
5. Remove an air cleaner/airreception a chamber (see the Section Service of Components of an inlet air path of the Head of the Power supply system and release).
6. Remove an air cleaner case rack.
7. Disconnect an electrical wiring and the plug of grounding of transmission from transmission.
8. Remove a starter (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine).
9. Remove the limiter of rocking of the power unit (see the Head Dvigatel).
10. Remove a stopper of a service opening and, turning the engine for a pulley of a cranked shaft by means of ST 499977300 key (model of 2.0 l)/4999772100 (l models 2.5 and 3.0), turn out bolts of fastening of the coupling of coupling of the hydrotransformer to a driving disk, - try not to drop bolts in a transmission dome.

11. Fix the lock of the ST 498277200 hydrotransformer on a transmission dome.

12. Take the probe of measurement of the ATF level, - in order to avoid hit in a dirt case at once to a zakuporta an opening under installation of the probe.

13. By means of the ST 41099AA020 or ST 41099AA010 adaptation hang out the power unit from above.

14. Turn out the top bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine.

15. Lift the car and remove protection of a case.
16. Remove all sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
17. Remove the thermofilter.

18. Turn out a drain stopper and let out ATF.

19. Disconnect from tubes from transmission hoses of cooling of ATF and pick up the directing phone of the probe of measurement of the ATF level.

20. Remove the driveshaft (see the Head Stsepleniye).
21. Remove a cable of a choice of switchings.
22. Disconnect a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability from the cross lever and turn out a bolt of fastening of a spherical support to a rotary fist (see the Head Podvesk and a steering).
23. Take the sprung pins and release from transmission forward power shafts (see the Head Stsepleniye).
24. Give the lower nuts of fastening of transmission to the engine.

25. Prop up AT a special transmission jack, - track that persistent plates of transmission did not rest against the pallet.

26. Remove a back cross beam of transmission.

27. Finally separate transmission from the engine and remove a rubber pillow of a back support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
28. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and accompanying illustrations to the present Section).
