Removal, installation and check of a condition of lines of a path of cooling of ATF

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Remove the battery and the tank of liquid of washing of glasses (see the Head Kuzov).
3. Lift the car.
4. Remove protection of a case (see the Head Kuzov).
5. Disconnect a hose of a path of cooling of ATF from a radiator.

 Do not hook a hose the pointed subjects! In case of difficulties wind the end of a hose with rags and after scrolling by flat-nose pliers, remove it hands.

6. Disconnect hoses of a path of cooling of ATF from tubes/transmission.


L models 2.0 and 2.5

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Pick up the phone of a path of cooling of ATF from a frame.

2. Remove inlet and final tubes of the oil cooler.

 e lose the balls and springs used together with screws.

Models of 3.0 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a loker of protection of an arch of the left forward wheel (see the Head Kuzov).
2. Disconnect hoses of a path of cooling of ATF from the ATF filter.

3. Disconnect a tube of a path of cooling of ATF from a frame.

4. Remove inlet and final tubes of the oil cooler.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort, and hoses were not overwound or bent.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check places of connection of hoses to tubes, a radiator and transmission for existence of signs of development of leakages of ATF.
2. Make sure of integrity and reliability of a tightening of collars.
3. Slightly bending hoses, check them for existence of cracks and other damages.
4. To the touch estimate elasticity of hoses, especially in fixing places their collars.
5. Replace the failed components.
