Removal and installation

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Transfer the selector lever to the situation "N".
3. Lift the car.
4. Remove reception, central and back section of system of production of the fulfilled gases assembled with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
5. Uncover the thermofilter.
6. Take the forelock and remove a washer from knot of fastening of a driving cable to the executive lever of a choice of ranges.
7. Remove assembly of a plate from the transmission case.
8. Disconnect a cable from the lever of the selector and remove a basic arm of a cable.
9. Remove a selector cable from assembly of a plate.
10. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort. In summary adjust a cable of the selector and check serviceability of functioning of the lever of the selector. |

CHECK
|
|
|
1. Check a condition of a cover of hummock assembly and, make sure of lack of traces of development of corrosion of the core, estimate smoothness of the course of the removed cable, in case of need make replacement of hummock assembly.
2. Transfer the selector lever from the situation "P" to the situation "1". In each situation the lever has to be fixed, - in case of need make adjustment of a cable (see further). |

ADJUSTMENT

|
1. Install the selector lever in the situation "N".
2. Remove back section of system of production of the fulfilled gases assembled with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
3. Uncover the thermofilter.
4. Release adjusting nuts And.
|
|
5. Rotate an adjusting nut In until it concerns a connecting link. |
6. Holding an adjusting nut In from rotation by the second key, tighten an adjusting nut And with the demanded effort (7.5 nanometers).
7. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of the lever of the selector.
8. Establish the removed components, working as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle.
