1. ST 498545400 remove the ATF filter. |
2. Prepare the replaceable filter and grease an epiploon with a thin layer of ATF. |

ATF filter

|
|
1. Remove a loker of protection of an arch of the left forward wheel (see the Head Kuzov).
|
|
2. By means of a special key of ST 498548500 turn out the filter. |
3. Prepare the replaceable filter and grease an epiploon with a thin layer of ATF. |

Assembly of the ATF filter
|
|
|
1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove a loker of protection of an arch of the left forward wheel (see the Head Kuzov).
3. Lower the car on the earth.
|
|
4. Weaken collars of fastening of a hose of an oil filter and disconnect a hose from a tube, - mark the end of a hose connected to a tube, the open end of a tube at once to a zakuporta in order to avoid hit in system of dirt. |
5. Give an adjusting nut of a basic arm of an oil filter.
6. Remove assembly of the ATF filter.
7. Remove the ATF filter with fastening to an arm.
8. Prepare the new ATF filter and oil an epiploon of AT. |

INSTALLATION
L models 2.0 and 2.5
|

|
1. Manually screw the new ATF filter, - try not to damage an epiploon.
2. By means of a special key of ST 498545400 tighten the ATF filter with the demanded effort calculated on the following formula: T2 = L2 / (L1 + L2) ht1, where T1 = 14 Nanometers, T2 - effort of a tightening of the filter, L1 - ST length (0.078 m), L2 - length of a dinamometrichesky key. For example, at L2 = 100 mm, T2 = 7.7 Nanometers.

3. Add necessary quantity of fresh ATF in transmission. |

2. Establish assembly of the filter on the car (the effort of a tightening of fixture makes 16 Nanometers).
3. Remove a loker of protection of an arch of the left forward wheel (see the Head Kuzov).

4. By means of a special key of ST 498548500 turn out the filter. |
5. Prepare the replaceable filter and grease an epiploon with a thin layer of ATF.
6. Further act as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - at connection of a hose to a tube track correctness of combination of landing tags.
7. In summary add necessary quantity of fresh ATF in transmission. |
