Removal and installation of the forward sensor of the speed (VSS)

Sockets of electromagnetic valves

A — the Executive electromagnetic valve of blocking of the hydrotransformer (Blue)
B — the Distributive electromagnetic valve of coupling of the lowering transfers (Grey)
With — the Executive electromagnetic valve of pressure in the line (Red)
D — the Electromagnetic valve of switching 2 (Yellow)
E — the Electromagnetic valve of switching 1 (Green)
F — the Distributive electromagnetic valve of a brake 2-4 (Black)

G — the Executive electromagnetic valve of a brake 2-4 (Red)
H — ATF temperature Sensor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove an air cleaner/airreception a chamber (see the Section Service of Components of an inlet air path of the Head of the Power supply system and release).

4. Disconnect the transmission electrical wiring socket.

5. Remove the rocking limiter (see the Head Dvigatel).
6. Release the transmission electrical wiring socket from a basic arm.
7. Lift the car.
8. Clear transmission outside.
9. Turn out a drain stopper, merge ATF, then screw a stopper on a place and tighten it with the demanded effort with the demanded effort.
10. Remove reception, central and back sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
11. Uncover the thermofilter.
12. Remove the driveshaft (see the Head Stsepleniye).
13. Prop up a transmission a special transmission jack, track that the jack did not rest against the case pallet.
14. Remove a back cross beam of transmission.
15. Lower a jack together with transmission.

16. Remove inlet and final tubes of an oil refrigerant path.

At removal of a final tube do not lose the balls and springs used complete with screws.

17. Remove forward and back sensors of speed of the car (VSS) and the sensor of turns of the turbine of the hydrotransformer.

18. Remove the transmission case pallet.
19. Disunite contact sockets of executive electromagnetic valves and the socket of the sensor of temperature of ATF. Release sockets from clamps.
20. Remove an electrical wiring plait.
21. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort. At installation of the pallet of a case of AT apply sealant like Three Bond 1217B on the interfaced surfaces of the pallet of a case and round three not screw openings in the AT case. At installation of a final tube of the oil cooler do not forget to replace an aluminum sealing washer.
