Removal, service and installation of components of the lever of the AT selector

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Transfer the selector lever to the situation "N".
3. Lift the car.
4. Remove assembly of back section of system of production of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
5. Uncover the thermofilter.

6. Disconnect a driving cable from the selector lever and remove a basic arm of a cable.

7. Lower the car on the earth.
8. Remove assembly of the central console (see the Head Kuzov).
9. Separate contact sockets of an electrical wiring, turn out four fixing bolts and remove the selector lever from the car.

Dismantling and assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the lever handle.
2. Remove a lamp of the indicator and a cover of the display panel.

3. Take two clamps and remove the directing plate.

4. Remove a cap and beat out a pin.

5. Remove the lower section of the lever of the selector and separate the top section of the lever of the selector from a plate.
6. Carefully clear all components.
7. Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Grease all components with greasing like Nightight Lyw No. 2.
8. Having finished assembly, make sure of compliance of indications of the indicator to real position of the lever.
9. Estimate smoothness of movement of the top section of lever assembly.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort. Having finished installation, adjust a selector cable (see the Section Removal, installation, check of a state and adjustment of a driving cable of the AT selector) and make sure of serviceability of functioning of the lever of the selector.
