Removal, service and installation of valvate assembly

A — the Executive electromagnetic valve of blocking of the hydrotransformer (Blue)

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
2. Clear transmission outside.
3. Turn out a drain stopper and merge ATF, then screw a stopper on a place and tighten with the demanded effort.
4. Remove the case pallet. Take and carefully clear a magnet. Remove traces of material of old laying from the interfaced surfaces of the pallet and a case of transmission.
5. Disunite contact sockets of executive electromagnetic valves and the socket of the sensor of temperature of ATF. Release sockets from clamps.

6. Remove valvate assembly, - try not to hook on an electrical wiring of the executive electromagnetic valve of the distributing device.

DISMANTLING

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the mesh filter of a maslozabornik from the lower section of the case of valvate assembly.

2. Remove executive electromagnetic valves, electromagnetic valves and sensors from the lower case of valvate assembly.
3. Turn out coupling bolts separate the top section of valvate assembly from the lower.

 Do not lose 10 balls put in the top and average sections of the case, and also the mesh filters put in the lower section. Taking an opportunity, clean sections of valvate assembly.

4. Remove the top dividing plate from average section of valvate assembly.

5. Remove springs of valves from the top section of valvate assembly.

6. Having given compressed air, release pistons of accumulators from the top section of valvate assembly.

ASSEMBLY

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put pistons of the accumulator, a spring of valves and steel balls in the top section of valvate assembly.

2. Establish basic and top dividing plates on average section of valvate assembly. Tighten fixing bolts with the demanded effort (8 Nanometers).

3. Put balls in average section of valvate assembly.

4. Put three mesh filters in the lower section of valvate assembly.

5. Establish the lower dividing plate on the lower section of valvate assembly.

6. Temporarily tighten coupling bolts, - try not to allow losses of balls and filters.
7. Tighten coupling bolts with the demanded effort (8 Nanometers).
8. Install sensors and electromagnetic valves and tighten their fixture with the demanded effort (8 Nanometers).
9. Install the mesh filter of a maslozabornik on the lower section of valvate assembly and tighten bolts of his fastening with the demanded effort (8 Nanometers).
10. After assembly make sure of lack of dents, cracks and dust on each component.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort. At installation of the pallet of a case of AT apply sealant like Three Bond 1217B on the interfaced surfaces of the pallet of a case and round three not screw openings in the AT case. Fill in in transmission fresh ATF Dexron III in the same quantity what was merged.
2. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort. At installation of the pallet of a case of AT apply sealant like Three Bond 1217B on the interfaced surfaces of the pallet and round three not screw openings in the AT case. Fill in in transmission fresh ATF Dexron III to the middle of a "cold" scale of the measuring probe.
