Removal and installation of the condenser of system To/in

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make central air discharge in the conditions of a specialized workshop.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove an air inlet (see the Section Service of Components of an Inlet Air Path).

4. Disconnect hoses of high and low pressure from compressor assembly.

Try not to lose sealing rings, at once after a detachment of hoses to a zakuporta their open ends suitable caps!

5. Remove a basic arm of a radiator.

6. Turn out two fixing bolts and accurately take the condenser from space between a radiator and the panel of a front of the car, - try not to damage heat exchanger lamels.

If the condenser is subject to replacement, add the corresponding amount of refrigerator oil (2 ml) in the compressor.

7. Check passability of gaps between heat exchanger lamels, in case of need clean them a thin brush, or blow the compressed air / wash out a water stream under a pressure, having completely removed particles of dirt and remains of insects.
8. Examine the heat exchanger on existence of traces of leaks. In case of need make replacement.

9. Installation is made upside-down. Track that lower directing the compressor got to reception openings of the body panel. Do not forget to replace sealing rings of nipple sockets (before connection of hoses oil rings the compressor.

The recharge of central air has to be made in the conditions of a workshop of car service.
