Removal and installation of deflectors and air ducts

Deflectors of air ducts of the dashboard

Check smoothness of adjustment of intensity of air supply via deflectors. Make sure that adjustment is made regularly in any position of the deflector.

REMOVAL

Driver's deflectors

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Lower a steering column in extreme lower situation.

3. Disconnect the electrical wiring disturbing to removal of forward section of finishing of the console (And) and panels of switches (In).

4. Turn out the fixing screw (C) and remove the central (console) section (D) of the dashboard.
5. Remove facing (E) of an instrument guard.

6. Turn out screws of fastening of lateral deflectors.

Passenger lateral deflector

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The deflector is released from the dashboard by a poddevaniye by a suitable screw-driver.

In order to avoid damage of the dashboard wrap up a screw-driver sting an insulating tape!

INSTALLATION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

Air ducts of the top level

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).

2. Turn out nine fixing screws and remove assembly of air ducts.

3. Installation is made upside-down.

Lower air duct

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assembly of a heater (see the Section Removal and installation of assembly of a heater).
2. Remove a forward seat (see the Head Kuzov).
3. Remove an overlay of a threshold of a door (see the Head Kuzov).

4. Unbend a carpet and remove the lower air duct.

5. Installation is made upside-down.
