Removal and installation of the inlet block of system To/in, replacement of the evaporator

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make central air discharge in the conditions of a specialized workshop.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. In a motive compartment turn out bolts of fastening of the broad valve and a tube.

4. Remove the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).
5. Remove blocks of remote control of the uniform lock and CRU.
6. Disconnect an electrical wiring of the drive of the top hatch.
7. Disunite the contact socket of the servo-driver.
8. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a heater fan electric motor.

9. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the air temperature sensor in salon of the car.

10. Give fixing bolts / nuts and remove assembly of the inlet block.

Replacement of the evaporator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the resistor and a thermistor from a casing of the inlet block. Turn out fixing screws, divide a casing and take the evaporator.

And — the Resistor
In — the Thermistor

2. Remove the broad valve from the evaporator.

3. Assembly is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace sealing rings.

 At installation of the new evaporator fill in the corresponding amount of refrigerator oil (114 ml) in the compressor.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget about need of replacement of sealing rings.

The recharge of central air has to be made in the conditions of a workshop of car service.
