Replacement of the filtering air cleaner element

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release spring clamps (And) on an air cleaner casing.

And — Spring clamps
In — Bolts of fastening of assembly of the air cleaner

2. Divide a casing into two half and take the filtering element and check its state. Blow the filter compressed air, in case of need make its replacement.
3. Installation is made upside-down.

 By Zashchelkivaniye of spring clamps it has to be made only after the correct input in gearing of the lower lock uvulas of a casing.

Removal and installation of the air cleaner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a collar of fastening of the sleeve connecting the air cleaner to the throttle case.

2. Disconnect the inlet sleeve brought to the air cleaner, and other hoses.
3. Turn out fixing bolts (In) and remove assembly of the air cleaner from basic arms.
4. Attentively check walls of both sections of a casing for existence of cracks and other mechanical damages, in case of need make replacement.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a tightening of fixing bolts and collars of hose connections.

Removal and installation of an inlet air duct

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out bolts of fastening of an air inlet to the car front panel.

2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a sleeve of an inlet air duct to the mudguard panel.

3. Remove an air inlet assembled with a sleeve of an inlet air duct.

4. Attentively study the removed components on existence of cracks and other mechanical damages, check passability of an air duct.

Removal and installation of a rezonatorny chamber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an inlet air duct (see the previous subsection).

2. Turn out fixture and remove a rezonatorny chamber.

3. Attentively study a chamber on existence of cracks and other mechanical damages, make sure of absence in a chamber of foreign subjects.
4. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a tightening of fixing bolts and collars of hose connections.


Models of 3.0 l

Replacement of the filtering element, removal and installation of the air cleaner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release a fixing collar (And) and separate a corrugated sleeve from an air cleaner cover.

2. Release spring clamps (In) and uncover the air cleaner.
3. Take the filtering element and check its state. Blow the filter compressed air, in case of need make its replacement.

4. Screw fixing bolts and remove an air cleaner casing.

5. Attentively check a casing and a cover of the air cleaner for existence of cracks and other mechanical damages. In case of need make replacement.

6. Installation is made upside-down. Bolts of fastening of a casing it is necessary to tighten 32.3 Nanometers with effort.

 By Zashchelkivaniye of spring clamps it has to be made only after input of lock uvulas of a cover in reception grooves of a casing.

Removal and installation of an airreception chamber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of temperature of the soaked-up air (IAT).

3. Release a collar (And) a branch pipe of connection of an airreception chamber to the throttle case.

With — the Collar

4. Turn out bolts (In) fastenings of an airreception chamber to the inlet pipeline.
5. Release a collar (C) fastenings to a chamber of a corrugated air duct.
6. Disconnect other hoses from an airreception chamber and remove assembly from the car.
7. Attentively check a chamber for existence of cracks and other mechanical damages. In case of need make replacement.
8. Installation is made upside-down.

Removal and installation of an air inlet

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out fixing bolts and, having released from a rezonatorny chamber, remove an air inlet from the car front panel.

2. Attentively check an air inlet, for existence of cracks and other mechanical damages. In case of need remove foreign subjects from the section of assembly through passage. Replace a defective air inlet.
3. Installation is made upside-down.

Removal and installation of a rezonatorny chamber

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Remove an air inlet (see the previous subsection).
3. Remove an air cleaner casing (see above).

4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a rezonatorny chamber to the right partition of a motive compartment.

5. Remove the right forward wheel and lift the car over the earth.
6. Remove the right panel of a mud-chipper.

7. Take a rezonatorny chamber through an arch of the right wheel.

8. Attentively check the removed chamber, for existence of cracks and other mechanical damages. Make sure of absence in foreign subjects. In case of need make the corresponding corrections / replace a chamber.
9. Installation is made upside-down.
