REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tire out the car on the elevator.
2. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Section Dropping Pressure in a power supply system).
3. Open the hatch of access and uncover a jellied mouth of a fuel tank.
4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

5. Turn out fixing screws and remove a sealing flange.

6. Release nuts of fastening of the right back wheel, then lift the car over the earth and remove a wheel.
7. Merge fuel from the main chamber of a fuel tank (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
8. Screw on a place and tighten a drain stopper with the demanded effort (26 Nanometers).
9. Install into place the panel of lateral protection of a tank and tighten bolts of its fastening with effort of 18 Nanometers.

10. Remove a protector of a jellied mouth.

11. Turn out bolts of arms of fastening of a vaporizing tube to a jellied mouth.

12. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of a jellied mouth to a body.

13. Release fixing collars and remove the main and ventilating hoses of a jellied mouth.
14. Remove a mouth.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Without closing the access hatch, establish a fuel plate (And) with a rubber sealant (C) and fill a jellied mouth in a reception opening from the inside of a wheel arch. Level a mouth, establish a cup (In) (see in the same place) and tighten fixing screws.

At a bending of edges of a sealant inside straighten them by means of a screw-driver.

2. Put the main hose on the lower section of a tube of a jellied mouth (the overlap has to make about 35 ÷ 40 mm) and strongly fix it a collar.

Track that collars did not concern a ventilating hose and a beam of a back suspension bracket!

3. Working in a similar manner, establish a hose a ventilating hose (the overlap when landing a hose to a tube has to make 25 ÷ 30 mm).
4. Tighten bolts of fastening of a basic arm of a jellied mouth to a body with effort of 7.4 Nanometers.
5. Tighten bolts of fastening of a vaporizing hose.
6. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that elements of a jellied mouth did not adjoin to suspension bracket elements.
