PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the case of a throttle of the 4-cylinder engine are shown on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove assembly vozdukhoochistit la (see the Section Service of Components of an Inlet Air Path).

4. Disconnect cables of the drive of a butterfly valve (And) and (In).

And — a gas Cable
In — the Cable of a tempostat

5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the electromagnetic valve of system of stabilization of turns of idling (IAC) and the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS).

And — TPS
In — the Electromagnetic IAC valve
With — Perepuskna an air hose

6. Disconnect perepuskny an air hose from the valve of admixture of secondary air to injectors.

7. Disconnect hoses of a cooling path from the throttle case.

8. Turn out bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle to the inlet pipeline.
9. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements. Bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle tighten 22 Nanometers with effort.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the case of a throttle are presented on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove an airreception chamber (see the Section Service of Components of an Inlet Air Path).

4. Disconnect cables of the drive of a butterfly valve (And) and (In).

And — a gas Cable
In — the Cable of a tempostat

5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the electromagnetic valve of system of stabilization of turns of idling (IAC) and the sensor of pressure in the inlet pipeline (MAP).

And — the MAP Sensor
In — the Electromagnetic IAC valve
With — Perepuskna an air hose

6. Disconnect from the IAC valve perepuskny an air hose.

7. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS).

8. Disconnect hoses of a cooling path from the throttle case.

9. Turn out bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle to the inlet pipeline.
10. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements. Bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle tighten 22 Nanometers with effort.
