REMOVAL

All models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Section Dropping Pressure in a power supply system).
2. Open the hatch of access and uncover a jellied mouth of a fuel tank.
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.


L models 2.0 and 2.5

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove inlet section of an air path with the air cleaner (see the Section Service of Components of an Inlet Air Path).
2. Disconnect cables of the drive of a butterfly valve.
3. Remove assembly of the steering pump (an electrical wiring disconnect) and, without disconnecting from it hydraulic lines, postpone for a mudguard of the right wing, previously having spread rags.
4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from spark plugs.

5. Disconnect PCV hose from the inlet pipeline.


6. Disconnect hoses of a cooling path from the throttle case.

7. Disconnect a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

8. Remove the right assembly bracket of the air cleaner and a basic arm of a plait of an electrical wiring of the engine. Disunite sockets of connection of an electrical wiring of the engine to the plait laid on a partition of a motor compartment.

9. Disconnect an electrical wiring from sensors of temperature of cooling liquid (ECT), a detonation (KS), the provision of cranked (CKP) and distributive (CMP) of shaft and the sensor switch of pressure of oil.


10. Disconnect hoses of fuel lines from tubes, - in order to avoid spraying of fuel wrap the released nipple sockets in rags.
11. Turn out fixing bolts and take assembly of the inlet pipeline from a motive compartment.

Models of 3.0 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove inlet section of an air path with the air cleaner and the airreception camera (see the Section Service of Components of an Inlet Air Path).
2. Disconnect cables of the drive of a butterfly valve.
3. Remove assembly of the steering pump (an electrical wiring disconnect) and, without disconnecting from it hydraulic lines, postpone for a mudguard of the right wing, previously having spread rags.

4. Turn out bolts of fastening of the tank of liquid of washing of glasses.

5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from electric motors of pumps of supply of liquid on forward and back flew down.

6. Disconnect a hose from the pump of supply of liquid on back glass, - the open end of the union at once to a zakuporta.

7. Remove the tank and tie up it to the left loop of a cowl.

8. Disconnect PCV hoses from a cover of a head of cylinders.

9. Disconnect hoses of a cooling path from the throttle case.

10. Disconnect a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

11. Pick up the phone and the EGR valve, - try not to drop sealing laying.

12. Disunite sockets of connection of an electrical wiring of the engine to the plait laid on a partition of a motor compartment.

13. Disconnect the tire of grounding of the power unit from the inlet pipeline.

14. Disconnect hoses of fuel lines from tubes, - in order to avoid spraying of fuel wrap the released nipple sockets in rags.
15. Disconnect the grounding tire from a protector of the left fuel highway, then remove a protector.

16. Disconnect a hose of supply of additional air (And), then turn out bolts (In) fastenings of the left fuel highway to a head of cylinders.


17. Disconnect the tire of grounding and remove a protector of the right fuel highway.

18. Disconnect a hose of supply of additional air (And), then turn out bolts (In) fastenings of the right fuel highway to a head of cylinders.

19. Turn out fixing bolts to heads of cylinders and remove assembly of the inlet pipeline.

DISMANTLING

L models 2.0 and 2.5

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the grounding tire from the inlet pipeline.

2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from assembly of the module of ignition.

3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the module of ignition.

4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of temperature/pressure of the soaked-up air (IAT).

5. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the IAT sensor.

6. Remove assembly of the case of a throttle.

7. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the valve of admixture of air to injectors. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the valve from the inlet pipeline.

8. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the regulator of pressure from the pipeline.

9. If did not do it at a dismantle stage, remove protectors of fuel highways.

10. Disconnect an electrical wiring from fuel injectors and the electromagnetic valve of a purge of a coal adsorber.

11. Disconnect perepuskny a hose from the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber.

12. Remove collars (And) and basic arms (In) fastenings on the inlet pipeline of a plait of an electrical wiring of the engine. Remove an electrical wiring plait.

13. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the electromagnetic valve of a purge of a coal adsorber.

14. Turn out fastening bolts to the inlet pipeline of fuel tubes.

15. Take clamps and remove fuel injectors.

16. Disconnect perepuskny air hoses from the inlet pipeline.

17. Release fixing collars of fuel hoses and remove assemblies of fuel highways.

18. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove assembly of fuel lines and the regulator of pressure of fuel from the inlet pipeline.


Models of 3.0 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assembly of the case of a throttle.

2. Having turned out fixing bolts, remove the induction valve.

3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the operating electromagnet of the induction valve, turn out a fixing bolt and remove electromagnetic assembly.

4. Having disconnected an electrical wiring, remove the electromagnetic valve of management of a purge of a coal adsorber and the EGR valve.

5. Having released fixture, remove an engine electrical wiring plait from the inlet pipeline.

6. Pick up PCV phone from the inlet pipeline.

7. Remove assembly of tubes of admixture of air to injectors and purges of a coal adsorber.

8. Disconnect from the inlet pipeline a vacuum hose (And) pressure regulator, then turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the fuel highway.

9. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the inlet pipeline.

ASSEMBLY

L models 2.0 and 2.5

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Do not forget to replace sealing rings of fuel injectors and the sensor of temperature/pressure of the soaked-up air. Track correctness of connection of vaporizing hoses to the electromagnetic valve of management of a purge of a coal adsorber.

2. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and signatures to illustrations in the subsection "Dismantling").


Models of 3.0 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track correctness of connection of vaporizing hoses to the electromagnetic valve of management of a purge of a coal adsorber and vacuum hoses of the induction valve.
And — To the line of a purge
In — To the fuel line

2. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and signatures to illustrations in the subsection "Dismantling").

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort (see Specifications and signatures to accompanying illustrations in the subsection "Removal"). Do not forget to establish to the place of the relay of the fuel pump (see the Section Dropping Pressure in a power supply system).
