Check of a state and replacement of a forward epiploon of back differential

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In case of detection of signs of development of leak of greasing through an epiploon replace the last and check the driveshaft.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Install the AT selector lever in the situation "N"/include neutral transfer (RKPP).
4. Release the parking brake.

5. Turn out a drain stopper and merge transmission oil from differential, then establish a drain stopper on a place and tighten it with the demanded effort.

 In forward differentials of T-type the stopper is established on sealant like THREE BOND 1105, on differentials of VA type it is necessary to replace an aluminum sealing washer.

7. Remove back section of system of production of the fulfilled gases with the muffler (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
8. Remove the driveshaft (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of components of the driveshaft).

9. Holding a connecting flange ST 498427200 key, release samokontryashchuyusya a nut.

10. Give protection nuts.

11. Remove the filter of a fuel tank.

12. By means of a stripper of ST 399703602 separate a connecting flange.

13. By means of a stripper of ST 499705401 take an epiploon.

14. Installation new an epiploon is made by means of ST 498447120 mandrel.

15. Begin to knock a connecting flange on the place a hammer with soft the brisk.
16. Tighten with the demanded effort (181.4 Nanometers) new samokontryashchuyusya a nut.
17. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort.
