Removal and installation of stupichny assemblies of back wheels, replacement of the back stupichny bearing

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Poddomkratte the car also remove back wheels.
3. A stupichny nut also give to Raschekanta it a face key.

 In order to avoid damage of bearings after removal of a wheel the stupichny nut should be weakened and again to tighten!

4. Release the parking brake and remove the ABS sensor and a basic arm of a cable of the drive of the parking brake (see the Head Brake system).
5. Remove a support of the brake mechanism from a brake board and, without disconnecting a hydraulic hose, tie up it a wire to a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (see the Head Brake system).
6. Remove a brake disk from a wheel nave, previously having marked the adjusting provision of both components from each other (see the Head Brake system).
7. Turn out four fixing bolts from the back party of a brake board and remove stupichny assembly, - in case of need use ST1 926470000 stripper with ST2 927140000 mandrel.

 Try not to damage a rotor of the wheel ABS sensor!

8. Check the removed components for existence of signs of excessive wear and mechanical damage

Dismantling and assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of a mandrel of ST 398507703 release a nave from stupichny assembly.

2. By means of an emphasis of ST1 399520105 and the holder of ST2 927080000 squeeze out an internal holder of the stupichny bearing.

 Attention: Remove the bearing needing replacement, - the removed bearing is subject to replacement without fail!

3. By means of the stupichny ST 927080000 stand to a vypressuyta wheel bolts.

 In order to avoid damage of a nave do not torture to beat out bolts a hammer!


4. Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Installation of the stupichny bearing is made by means of the holder of ST1 927080000, a mandrel of ST2 927450000 and an emphasis of ST3 28499AE000.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort. Establish a power shaft into place by means of the special ST1 922431000 adaptation and a nozzle of ST2 927390000.

2. Before installation of a stupichny nut adjust the course of the lever of the parking brake (see the Head Brake system). Then cock the parking brake and at the squeezed-out pedal of a foot brake tighten with the demanded effort (118 Nanometers), then fuller a stupichny nut.

 Lowering of the car on the earth at not tightened stupichny nut, as well as pulling of the last is interfaced to risk of damage of the bearing!
