Check of level and replacement of hydraulic liquid of the drive of switching off of coupling

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For check of liquid of the drive of switching off of coupling park the car on an equal horizontal surface.
2. At detection of signs of aging of hydraulic liquid make its replacement.
3. Check level to the tags applied on translucent walls of the tank, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment, having raised liquid level to a mark of "MAX".

REPLACEMENT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 For the hydraulic drive of coupling FMVSS No. 116 liquid, or DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid is used. Mixing of liquids of various brands leads to deterioration of their quality!

1. Remove the air cleaner case (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
2. By means of a syringe or a rubber pear pump out all liquid from the tank.
3. Fill in fresh liquid of the demanded grade in the tank.

 For the hydraulic drive of coupling FMVSS No. 116 liquid, or DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid is used. Mixing of liquids of various brands leads to deterioration of their quality!

4. Pump over a hydraulic path, deleting from it old liquid, - try not to allow a full devastation of the tank, as required add fresh liquid.
5. Continue pumping until the hydraulic path is not washed completely out and through a drain hose pure liquid will not start following.

 For convenience and safety hydraulic it is expedient to carry out washing/pumping together with the assistant. Filling of hydraulic system of the drive of coupling will require about 70 ml of liquid.
