Removal, service and installation of components of the main cylinder of coupling

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely merge hydraulic liquid from the tank of the main cylinder.

2. Remove a spring clamp, take a finger and separate a rod of a pusher of the main cylinder from a coupling pedal.

3. Remove the air cleaner case (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
4. Disconnect the hydraulic line from the main cylinder.
5. Give fixing nuts and remove the main cylinder assembled with the tank, - try not to allow hits of hydraulic liquid on the painted body surfaces, traces of the spilled liquid immediately collect rags or paper towels.

Dismantling, check of a condition of components and assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take a fixing pin and remove the tank from the case of the main cylinder.

2. Remove the sealing plug of landing through passage of the tank.
3. Shift on a rod a boot back, having taken away it from a cylinder end face.
4. Carefully remove a lock ring, - try not to allow vyskakivaniye from the cylinder of a rod, a washer, the piston and a returnable spring.
5. Attentively study a condition of all removed components. Replace excessively worn out and damaged elements.
6. Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that the lock-nut of fastening of a collar of a rod of a pusher was tightened with the demanded effort (10 Nanometers).

 Before installation of a rod of a pusher grease its surface of interface to the piston with greasing like Silicone grease G40M (No. 004404003).

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that fixing nuts were tightened with the demanded effort (18 Nanometers); the effort of a tightening of a nipple nut of a hydraulic hose makes 15 Nanometers.

 Before installation of a pin with a head grease it.

2. Remove from a hydraulic path air (see the Section Removal of Air from a hydraulic path of the drive of switching off of coupling) and check serviceability of functioning of coupling.
