Removal, check of a state and installation of the vyzhimny bearing and lever of switching off of coupling
REMOVAL
|
|
|
1. Remove transmission assembly.
2. Take two clamps from the lever of switching off of coupling and remove vyzhimny the bearing, - try not to bend clamps.
|
|
3. Remove a sealing element (A) of the lever of switching off of coupling (B). |
|
|
4. Having hooked a screw-driver (B), dismantle the spring lock from a spherical support and remove the lever of switching off of coupling (A). |
5. Remove a spherical support. |

CHECK
|
|
|
|
Vyzhimna the bearing has a tight design and stuffing by greasing does not need in this connection it is not necessary to wash out it gasoline or other solvents.
|
|
|
1. Measure the size of a radial side play of the vyzhimny bearing, - limit admissible value makes 1.4 mm. |
2. Estimate smoothness of rotation of the bearing.
3. Make sure of lack of signs of excessive wear and mechanical damages of the bearing surface contacting to the lever of switching off of coupling.

4. Estimate degree of wear of a spherical support and the lever surface contacting to the bearing.

INSTALLATION
|
|
|
|
Before installation grease the rubbing surfaces of a spherical support, the lever and the bearing with a thin layer of molibdensoderzhashchy greasing like Sunlight 2: P/N 003602010. Grease with the same greasing vents of a pin of primary shaft of RKPP and the surface of the lever contacting to the executive cylinder. |
Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that the spherical support of the lever was tightened with the demanded effort (15.7 Nanometers). Through a viewing opening in a case of transmission make sure of reliability of landing of the spring lock. |
