Removal, check of a state and installation of components of assembly of coupling

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assembly of RKPP (see the Head the Manual box and differential).

2. Establish the aligning ST 499747100 core on a flywheel.

3. Mark the provision of a basket of coupling of rather cranked shaft, then turn out fixing bolts and remove a basket and the conducted coupling disk, - try not to allow hits of oil on a frictional surface of a disk of coupling.

 The basket and the conducted coupling disk are not subject to dismantling and are in case of need replaced assembled.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For an assessment of degree of wear of frictional overlays of a disk of coupling measure height of their surfaces of a vystupaniye over heads of rivets. At local wear or at the wear exceeding admissible value, replace a coupling disk.

 Do not wash a coupling disk with the clearing liquids.


2. Restoration of a surface of the hardened slips can be made by means of an emery paper though it will be more reasonable to replace a disk assembled.
3. At detection of traces of oiling of frictional slips the disk is subject to replacement without fail, - check a condition of a forward epiploon of RKPP, the interfaced surfaces of a case of transmission, a back epiploon of the engine and other possible sources of leaks.

4. Determine the size of a beating of a frictional disk by means of the aligning core of ST 499747100 and the dial measuring instrument of plunger type. If the measured size of a beating exceeds admissible value, restore or replace a coupling disk.

5. Estimate degree of wear of stupichny shlits, the torsion springs and rivets. In case of need replace a disk.


Coupling basket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Estimate density of landing of persistent rivets, check a condition of the surfaces of petals of a diaphragm spring adjoining to the vyzhimny bearing.
2. Examine a contact surface of a press disk on existence of signs of excessive wear, zadir and other mechanical damages. Check reliability of a tightening of bolts of a plate of a landing flange. In case of detection of serious defects replace assembly.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Pass the aligning ST 499747100 core throughout an opening in a nave of the conducted disk and establish the last on a flywheel, filling the end of a core in the directing bearing, - track that the conducted disk was established by the correct party to a flywheel.

 On the American models, arrange a basket so that zero tags of a basket and a flywheel were developed at an angle not less than 120 ° to each other, - zero tags serve for definition of the direction of a residual imbalance.

2. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track correctness of combination of landing tags. A tightening of bolts of fastening of a basket of coupling with the demanded effort (15.7 Nanometers) it is necessary to make in stages in a diagonal order.
