Check of a state and replacement of connecting lines of a hydraulic path of the drive of coupling

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Attentively examine tubes and hoses of hydraulic lines on existence of cracks, breaks and other damages, check places of a joint of lines for existence of signs of development of leaks. Replace defective units.

REPLACEMENT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the air cleaner case with an air inlet sleeve (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
2. Merge hydraulic liquid of coupling (see the Section Check of Level and Replacement of Hydraulic Liquid of the Drive of Switching Off of Coupling).
3. Disconnect a metal tube from the main cylinder and from a hose of the hydraulic line.

4. Take a clamp and release a hydraulic hose of coupling of their basic arm.

A — the Collar
B — a coupling Hose

5. Disconnect a hose from the executive cylinder.
6. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of removal of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the demanded effort.

 Pump over a hydraulic path of the drive of coupling (see the Section Removal of Air from a hydraulic path of the drive of switching off of coupling).
